Embodied Engagement with Systemic Ideas (No PowerPoint or sitting still!)

This interactive workshop is designed for people who find traditional lecture-style teaching difficult to engage with.

Some of us struggle to fully connect with theory when it is presented through slides, long talks, or passive learning. This may be linked to neurodiversity, differences in learning style, or simply a preference for more active and embodied ways of learning.

This session offers something different.  Instead of sitting and listening, participants will explore key systemic ideas through movement, interaction, and shared experience. There will be no PowerPoint. Instead, the learning will happen “up and about” in a supportive and inclusive environment.
