AFSP do not currently take payments at the time of booking.  After you have booked your tickets, you will receive an email with a link to your invoice from AFSP's accounting software (called Xero).  That invoice will have a 'Pay Now' button that will allow you to make a card payment (or pay by bank transfer).  

 

Please look out for the email and make payment as soon as possible after booking.  If you do not receive your invoice within 24 hours of making your booking, firstly, please check your 'junk' mail and if it is not in there, please email afspevents@mintevents.co.uk. 

 

All invoices must be paid before the conference.

Bookings utilising the Early Bird Rate must make payment by the deadline of 30 June 2026, otherwise the ticket will revert to standard price.

A limited number of early bird tickets are available and once they are sold out only the standard prices will be available.

 

The booking page will show availability of early bird tickets and the standard rate will apply once they have sold out, or after 30 June 2026, whichever is sooner.

Some attendees may be offered a discount code (for example, workshop presenters).  This can be entered on the booking form.

Only one type of discount may be used at a time - you cannot combine discounts.  For example, you cannot benefit from both an early bird discount and a workshop presenter discount.

​

Unless stated otherwise, discount codes do not apply to the conference dinner.

​

Discount codes are only valid if provided in writing by AFSP and they may only be used by the person or organisation that AFSP has provided them to.  They may not be transferred to other attendees.

Company or Organisation Group Booking Discounts:  

 

A 10% group booking discount is available for organisational or company groups of ten people or more.  They are equivalent to the early bird rate and may not be combined with the early bird rate.

If you cancel your booking, cancellation charges may apply.  Please review the booking terms and conditions before purchasing your ticket.

Virtual (online) Tickets - We only offer 2 day virtual tickets.  If you are only able to attend one of the days, that is fine, but unfortunately we cannot discount the ticket price.

AFSP Member Tickets - AFT Member tickets are only valid for current AFT Members.  Proof of membership may be required.

​

Student & Retired Member Tickets - Student tickets are only available to current AFSP members who are students at a registered educational organisation.  Proof of membership and student status may be required.

​

Recordings - Both in-person and virtual tickets provide access to the virtual portal and replays.  Please note however, that only sessions that are being streamed will be recorded and made available later.  Other sessions will not be recorded.

​

Accommodation - Tickets do NOT include accommodation.  You can find more info on the Venue & Accommodation page.
