What is the connection between learning and teaching and how do we make sense of this through a systemic lens?

Curiosity around this can sometimes be misunderstood and meaning managed in a way that can have a lasting impact on how we learn and shape our teaching scripts - taking our learning victories and injuries along with us.

This workshop will look at how some of our prominent systemic thinkers have grappled with the intersecting challenges that can arise in either role, and how the systemic stance of the student can impact their own and their trainer’s journey.

We would like to invite others to think together about the radical aspects of learning that have been forgotten – how the soul of the student grows into the teacher – and how revisiting and hopefully renewing our personal relationship to learning we can recontract our learning spirit to engage with safe uncertainty in a way that re-values a heterarchical and compassionate repositioning of training and teaching . How do we approach and receive learning? And how does this influence the one teaching (or instructing/ facilitating) us in our learning journey?
