All payments for early bird tickets must be received before 01 June.
Unpaid invoices will revert to the standard ticket price at this date
How to Pay
The payment process for AFT events has changed.
AFT will no longer take payments at the time of booking. After you have booked your tickets, you will now receive an email with a link to your invoice from AFT's accounting software (called Xero). That invoice will have a 'Pay Now' button that will allow you to make a card payment (or pay by bank transfer).
Please look out for the email and make payment as soon as possible after booking. If you do not receive your invoice within 24 hours of making your booking, firstly, please check your 'junk' mail and if it is not in there, please email aftevents@mintevents.co.uk.
All invoices must be paid before the conference.
Bookings utilising the Early Bird Rate must make payment by the deadline, otherwise the ticket will revert to standard price.
Additional Info
Virtual (online) Tickets - We only offer 2 day virtual tickets. If you are only able to attend one of the days, that is fine, but unfortunately we cannot discount the ticket price.
AFT Member Tickets - AFT Members are only valid for current AFT Members. Proof of membership may be required.
Recordings - Both in-person and virtual tickets provide access to the virtual portal and replays. Please note however, that only sessions that are being streamed will be recorded and made available later. Other sessions will not be recorded.
Accommodation - Tickets do NOT include accommodation. You can find more info on the Venue & Accommodation page.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you cancel your booking, cancellation charges may apply. Please review the booking terms and conditions before purchasing your ticket.
