Bristol, in South West England, is the host city for the 2024 AFT Conference. This year's venue is the Delta Hotel Bristol City Centre.
Located in the heart of the city centre and is close to many of Bristol's amenities and attractions, including the Cabot Circus Shopping Centre and the Brunel's SS Great Britain.
The hotel features one of the largest event spaces in the South West and is the ideal location for the AFT Conference and all conference sessions will take place onsite at the hotel.

Travel Information

Train
Bristol Temple Meads train station is a 15 minute walk away from the hotel (or 5 mins in a taxi).

Plane
The closest airport is Bristol Airport, located 14 km away.
​
Car Parking
The hotel does not have its own car park but there is an NCP car park located next door. Hotel overnight guests get a reduced rate of £17 for 24 hours.

Bristol Clean Air Zone
The hotel is located in Bristol's Clean Air Zone and drivers will need to pay a charge if your vehicle doesn't meet the zone's emission standards unless you have an exemption. You can use the government's checking tool to check if you will be charged.
​
Accessibility
The hotel has wheelchair access via ramps and elevators to all meeting rooms in use during the conference. The main conference room stage will also have ramp access.

All meeting rooms with audio amplification will also feature induction loop systems.

Accommodation
If you require accommodation, you will need to book this directly with your chosen hotel. Accommodation is NOT included in any of the conference tickets and you cannot book accommodation using the conference's online ticket booking system.

Booking directly with the hotel

The hotel has offered a preferential bedroom rate of £120 per room per night (single occupancy including breakfast) for conference attendees, which can be booked directly with the hotel using the button below.
Please note that bookings are subject to availability and we encourage you to book early. We also encourage you to check any terms and conditions of booking, as cancellation charges may apply should you cancel your bedroom.
